It all started with a cavapoo called Biscuit and a Learn to Groom your own Dog course, which unbeknown to me would be the first step on my journey to become a dog groomer. 

After enjoying it so much, I decided to complete my City and Guilds Level 2 in Dog Grooming, followed later by the IPET Level 3 Diploma in Dog Grooming and Salon Management.  Over the years Biscuit has rocked a multitude of hairstyles, and my small one to one salon has welcomed all sorts of breeds, large and small. 

Prior to dog grooming i have held a range of jobs in the animal industry, including:

- Lecturer in Animal Management

- Technical Instructor in Animal Care

- RSPCA Animal Care Assistant

- Kennel Assistant

I also have an HND in Animal Management and am first aid trained.  I regularly attend seminars to keep my skills up to date, as well as competing in grooming competitions from time to time.
