Georgia Brain

Hi my name is Georgia, and I have been grooming dogs for just over 2 years. I trained at Brinsbury College and completed my Level 3 Diploma in 2019.

I have 2 dogs named Charlie & Cooper. Charlie is a Cockapoo and is a rescue and Cooper is a Miniature Poodle.

I have always loved animals since I was very young, but had a slight obsession with dogs! I started to volunteer at a local dog kennels/rescue when I was 15, which then lead to my first job, so I am very confident with dogs all different shapes and sizes, with different temperaments. I then worked alongside the groomer there and that’s when my passion grew, and I started my training. Upon completing my course, I then started to work for a local dog groomers, which unfortunately had to close at the beginning of this year. Excitingly this lead me to make the decision to open my own salon alongside a fellow local groomer Tabitha. You can now find me at our new salon, Felpham Dog Groomers, due to be open very soon!

I am passionate about grooming and love to learn something new within my job, which is why I love to attend seminars whenever possible and also have recently entered in online competitions to receive constructive criticism on my work. I have also attended a Pet First Aid course.
